I walked in for some maintenance on my previous truck I bought from Trapp and wasn’t pressured or overwhelmed looked at a new 3500 duramax asked if I could see it and run some numbers for payments and they had no problems with doing that and more. Also they have kept in contact through the last year with coupons and just saying hi the sales representative took great care in all my requests I would recommend Charles for any sales

Went to Trapp on a Saturday to look at a 2500 I seen on cars.com unfortunately it was in the process of being purchased when I arrived. Trapp didn’t have any other 2500 on the lot so Charles Kornegay went outta his way to find the one i wanted and had it shipped to Trapp for me. The sales and finance team were exceptional! We didn't get there unil late afternoon and by the time we did our test drive and everything they were past closing time.
