I brought in my 2013 XTS for an update on the CUE system, Glove box, memory seat and oil change. The dealer gave us another XTS for our use while our vehicle was services. Randy told us about how long it would take to get this done and when we would return we would get updated on our revisions. Our salesman was busy, so Randy sent another Trapp man reprogram our phones into the cue system and explain some questions we had. No one explained to us what was the update on the computer system, so we still don't know what was changed. I still don't like the navigations system, it doesn't recognize address and some locations that my cheap Garmin can find without any problem. Neither by typing in the information or the voice system.
