Pros: The service in oil and service department is great. Cons: Some of us senior citizen customers (me), are employed (me), and we work Monday through Friday out of town (me.) I was told to expect an hour long wait and it ended up being and 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told my air filter needed to be changed because it was dirty, it was not dirty by any means. When asking the tech about the way in which the tires are rotated he told me they were rotated front to back which is contradictory to the owners manual and how tires wear. I expressed that I wanted the tires rotated per the owners manual and he replied, I will as if that is possible.

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Todd's Adams as my sales person. He was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. If I am ever in need for a future vehicle, I will request him specifically. Trapp Chevrolet is lucky to have him. I would love to say my entire experience was perfect from start to finish, but once Mr. Cody, from the finance department got involved, I was quite frankly appalled at his behavior. He was professional at first, until a "miscommunication" occurred. When he returned from getting a better understanding, his entire demeanor changed. He had short answers, and was visibly angry. His behavior and attitude even got my husband’s attention, who had arrived late and was unaware something had happened. His last words were, "I am finished with you". There was no direction on what to do next, no eye contact, or final hand shake. He was angry to say the least. So, in future purchases, I will happily take Mr. Todd Adams as my sales person again, and preferably someone in the financial department that is more professional.

I’ve been there 4 times since October 1st with issues with my car. Initially due to my brakes being super squeaky. Every time I’d call, I’d get sent to voicemail and leave messages with no call backs. Parts would get ordered and I would have to call because I would never receive a call that they were in. My brakes still aren’t fixed, even though they claimed it was. Now I’m getting told a story that there aren’t any parts available or made yet to fix my issues. There is literally no way! I drive a 2024, you can’t tell me that there is no fix available for my brakes squeaking!
